FS TrackerThese terms govern your use of the FS Tracker Windows and iOS apps, the fstracker.app website and the related server services (the “Service”). By using the Service you accept these terms. How your personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
FS Tracker is a tool that records, stores and displays flights made in Microsoft Flight Simulator. The Windows app collects data from the simulator and sends it to the server; the mobile app displays that data.
The Service is for entertainment and simulation only. The data shown does not relate to a real aircraft or to real-world aviation, and must not be used for navigation, flight planning or any real flight activity.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and you are responsible for your account's security.
- Device keys issued to the Windows app grant access to your account. You can cut off access for a computer you have lost or no longer use from Account → Connected computers in the iOS app.
- You can request deletion of your account at any time at admin@fstracker.app.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Place excessive load on the server, attempt to circumvent rate limits or disrupt the operation of the Service.
- Attempt unauthorised access to other people's accounts, data or to any systems.
- Bypass subscription checks, or resell the Service as part of your own commercial product.
- Use abusive, unlawful or rights-infringing content as a display name or in flight information.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
4. Subscription
- FS Tracker Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased from the iOS app through the App Store. The price and period are shown on the purchase screen.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when the purchase is confirmed.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings. A cancelled subscription remains valid until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refund requests are subject to Apple's policies and are made through Apple.
- You can try the app with a sample flight without a subscription, and the Windows app records your flights without one as well.
Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to the iOS app; where it conflicts with these terms, Apple's agreement prevails.
5. Intellectual property
The FS Tracker applications, their design and their content belong to the developer. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. Your own flight data belongs to you.
Microsoft Flight Simulator is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. FS Tracker is not affiliated with Microsoft and is not endorsed or supported by Microsoft.
6. Availability
We aim to provide the Service without interruption, but it may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, updates or unforeseen problems. Simulator updates may affect data collection. The Service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee that it is fit for a particular purpose or free of faults.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. In any case our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced in the app or on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Rights that consumers have under the consumer legislation of their own location are unaffected.
