Delete your account and data

You can permanently delete your FS Tracker account at any time. On Google Play the app is listed as Flight Sim Tracker.

Delete in the app

This is the fastest way; your account and data are deleted immediately.

Open FS Tracker on your iPhone, iPad or Android device and sign in.
Go to the Account tab (Hesap).
Tap Delete account (Hesabı sil) at the bottom and confirm. If you signed in with Apple, you will be asked to sign in with Apple once more to confirm.

When it is done, the app returns to the sign-in screen.

If you cannot use the app

Send an email titled “Account deletion request” to admin@fstracker.app from the address registered to your account. Once we have confirmed that the request comes from the account owner, we delete your account and data within 30 days at the latest and let you know.

If you signed up with Apple's “Hide My Email”, the address on your account does not look like yours, so deleting in the app is easiest. If you write to us, include the display name shown in the app.

What is deleted

Your account details: display name, email, password hash, Apple and Google links
All your flights: track points, takeoff, landing and other event records
Your statistics: totals, aircraft and airport breakdowns
Your Windows app connection keys and open sessions; connected computers can no longer send flights
Your subscription status record

Deleted data cannot be recovered. If you later sign up again with the same email, you start with an empty account.

What remains

Your store subscription is not cancelled. It belongs to your Apple or Google account; cancel it separately so you are not charged again: App Store subscriptions · Google Play subscriptions
Payment records are kept by Apple and Google under their own policies. Our purchase infrastructure (RevenueCat) may keep a purchase record tied only to a random account ID, without your name or email.
Anonymous usage and crash statistics (Firebase) are removed when their own retention period ends.
